This Privacy Policy describes how Thrive Growth Solutions (DBA Ashley Frank) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or interact with ashleyfrank.com, take our quiz, join a waitlist, apply for coaching, or take part in our coaching, training, speaking or consulting services, including Build Your Sales System. We are based in Nova Scotia, Canada, and operate as a sole proprietorship.

We collect personal information you choose to give us through website forms, the quiz, applications or other communications, including:

Your quiz answers, such as your role, your main service’s price range, your team size and the challenges you select

B. Payment information

Payments for programs or services are processed through Stripe. We do not store your full payment details on our systems. Stripe’s collection and storage of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

3. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to run our website and business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

GoHighLevel: stores contact details and form submissions, sends our emails, and runs our booking calendar
Netlify: hosts this website and passes form submissions to GoHighLevel
Stripe: processes payments
Google Analytics and Meta: website analytics and advertising
Buzzsprout: hosts and plays our podcast episodes
Google Fonts and YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode): fonts and embedded videos

Some of these providers store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws.

4. Coaching and recording

Individual coaching sessions are recorded only if you request it and give written permission.
Group coaching sessions may be recorded and shared only with participants in that group. Recordings are never used for marketing or shared publicly without your written permission.
